Kris en Tijn spelen muziek, zingen songs en begeleiden meditaties om een sfeer te creëren waarin het makkelijk wordt om toegang te krijgen tot de bron van stilte. Deze concerten zijn de 'soundtrack' van de Spoedcursus Verlichting. De stappen die leiden naar verlichting worden door middel van muziek en meditatie beleefd, totdat er uiteindelijk alleen nog maar stilte is.
Stilte is onze geboortegrond, de plek waar alles begint en waartoe alles weer terugkeert. Het is de alfa en de omega van het bestaan. Stilte is essentieel. Milieuwetenschappers zijn het erover eens dat stilte een van de meeste schaarse goederen van de eenentwintigste zal zijn. Wie geen innerlijke stilte meer ervaart, verliest contact met zichzelf, de ander en het leven.
Wanneer je de stilte weer ervaart, kom je in contact met de bron van creatieve energie. Je krijgt toegang tot inspiratie, liefde en wijsheid. Je kunt als het ware de stem van God weer horen. God fluistert. In de woorden van Thomas Keating: 'Silence is the language of God, everything else is a bad translation.'

In fact all the arts have their roots in meditation, but music comes the closest because music is nothing but a play between sound and silence. To the ordinary musician the sound is important.
